In case you have received a damaged item, we kindly ask you to return the item back to us.
To return your damaged item please follow the steps below:
- Register your return online via this link and select the relevant return reason.
- Pack the item into a bag or box depending on the fit of the item.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest drop off point.
Please note the item will only be refunded once we receive and register it as returned in our warehouse, we cannot provide you with a refund before we receive the item.
