We offer delivery with DHL and DHL Express.
Our standard delivery time is between 2-3 business days. However, during busy periods, delivery times may be longer. The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
How does delivery with DHL work?
DHL offer two types of delivery:
- Home delivery
- Service Point Delivery
Climate Compensated Delivery
Some carbon emissions are unavoidable, but they can be compensated. DHL GoGreen supports climate compensation throw worldwide projects that meet the highest standards (Gold Standard). Delivery with GoGreen contributes to improving cookstoves and water filtration in Guatemala, building windmills in India, and many more.
How does express delivery work?
Your parcel will be delivered to your residence by DHL Express.
Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or email from DHL informing you that your package is on its way. After delivery, DHL will also send you an SMS or email confirming that the delivery has occurred.
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a message in your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, DHL will return the parcel to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. You will receive another email confirming the refund.
Delivery Schedule:

Monday - Thursday
Order before 17:00 → Next business day delivery.
Order after 17:00 → Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Friday - Saturday
Order before Saturday 22:00 → Delivery on Monday.

Sunday
Orders placed on Sunday → Delivery on Tuesday.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country
