We offer several delivery options with InPost.
Home Delivery
InPost will deliver your parcel directly to the selected home address.
Pick up at Service Point
Make sure to collect the parcel within 72 hours after the parcel is received at the pickup point. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned back to us.
Parcel Lockers
When shopping on our website, select the Paczkomat® InPost delivery option. Fill in your order details - remember to include your e-mail address and telephone number. Then select the parcel machine to which InPost will deliver your parcel. You will receive an SMS with a collection code (6 digits) as soon as your parcel is placed in the Paczkomat. You will, of course, need to keep the code to open your locker. Once at the Parcel Machine, enter your phone number and the collection code on the screen or open a locker remotely via InPost mobile app. The locker with your package will open automatically. You have 2 days from receipt of the notification to collect your package. If you don't have time, ask someone you trust to do it for you!

Delivery time
Our delivery time is 1-2 business days.
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Please be aware that weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 2 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between our warehouse and InPost. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the InPost sorting facility.
